Pro tech Security

The door supervisors from this company were at an event i attended, they were amazing. Constantly vigilant, helpful to other staff and customers. They went far beyond id expect their duties to be to make sure customers were well looked after and cared for. Professional throughout. 5 stars well deserved.

I've used the Pro-tech team for several large events now. Always early, always friendly and always ready to work with my team onsite. Any situations with drunk customers have always been swiftly and carefully diffused. I recommend this team to everyone.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I had organised a Halloween event and asked for 2 door staff and was assured that 2 bouncers would be there. When it came to the night, only one of the bouncers turned up and said he assumed the other one would come shortly but couldn't promise anything. In the meantime, we asked him to check people's names off a list and hand out wristbands and he told us that he couldn't do "all of it" without a second bouncer so he needed me to stand on the door with him all night. The other bouncer never did show up and we were told sometimes they don't like the area and simply "can't be bothered" showing up. Unacceptable. My night was completely ruined as I had spent hours planning this event and couldn't even enjoy it myself as I had to stand outside checking names off the list and handing out wristbands all night. Would not recommend to anybody.

Had them for a house party recently, had the 'sound' police in Leeds be pretty unreasonable about the situation and the bouncers were really helpful. Didn't let anyone in that shouldn't have been there and were really pleasant bouncers.

Worked with them for a number of years and are extremely reliable. Do what they can, when they can to help you out. Would definitely recommend to other small / large venues.
