Pro Smart Window Cleaning

Matt did a first rate job of clearing my gutters and cleaning my windows with the distilled water technique. He was very professional and came with all the kit. I’d highly recommend this company and I’ll continue to use them.

I used this window cleaning company for the first time today and I'm really impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was excellent and very easy to do. I received emails and text messages confirming everything, including the price, how to set up the direct debit, and the date of my first clean. I also received a reminder text at 7pm the evening before, which was a great touch. Tom arrived exactly when they said he would and even followed a request I had sent through that same morning. He was very polite and professional, asked if I had any questions as it was my first clean, and was very respectful of my property throughout. The standard of the clean was excellent. Not only were the windows left spotless, but he also cleaned the frames and doors to a very high standard. Overall, a fantastic first experience with excellent customer service and a brilliant quality clean. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Pro Smart were brilliant! Nathan our window cleaner was polite, friendly and efficient. We haven't had our windows done for years and he was thorough. He even went round to check the job and gave an extra scrub on the dirt he didn't quite catch the first time. Very professional clean and service. A week later my windows are not only crystal clear but squeaky clean. I can't wait for my next clean I'm glad I chose pro-smart, and they were affordable too.

Pro-Smart Window Cleaning were delightful to deal with from the get go. Customer service from the team doing the window and any contact I had via email/office were always really kind and helpful. Really flexible if you can't do the days/times when they text and nice clean windows!

Very happy with the service. The windows look great and the whole job was done professionally from start to finish. The gentleman who carried out the work was really friendly, polite and respectful, which makes a big difference these days. He took his time, paid attention to the details and left everything looking spotless. I would definitely recommend Pro-Smart Window Cleaning and will be using them again. A personal thank you to Matt for the excellent job and for being so friendly and professional throughout.
