Pro Duct Clean

Awful company, they make you sign in to there T&C that basically say they don't have to do they job and still must be paid. Avoid at all costs.

We’re so lucky to have a company like Pro-Duct Clean supporting our community! Their sponsorship of our Under 16 Girls team shows just how committed they are to making a positive impact. Thanks to their support, the team has been able to thrive, and this brings so much joy to so many young children. It’s refreshing to see a business investing in something that brings the community together. Keep up the amazing work, Pro-Duct Clean. You’re making a real difference.

Our accounts manager ( Alex McCormick) is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had our restaurant kitchen deep cleaned, and Alex was so speedy in his responses! He guided us clearly on the works taking place as well as getting us booked in with no issue. Additionally the team did a brilliant job with the deep clean. We use Pro Duct often and will continue to use this company in the further. Thanks guys!

Organised for them to clean the extractor fan in the pub kitchen, was given a quote with a description of work including cleaning the fan itself. They emailed incessantly on the run up asking me to sign a load of forms. Showed the operatives the fan on a flat roof through a large window and they didn’t do it saying it wasn’t accessible. Messaged to ask about a partial refund as the work listed was not completed, and was originally ignored and now fobbed off as well as ignored.

Very unprofessional MD who is driven by profit margin over customer service . Missed deadlines and poor Communication
