Principle Construction and Maintenance Ltd

I have recently had a lot of work done to my property with these guys including a full new kitchen and bathroom and I highly recommend them! Spencer, Kye and Andreos are really hard working and work to a very high standard. I’m so pleased with the finish. I’ve had other companies in the past to do work and never experienced such great results. It’s like they treat your home how they would their own home and that’s hard to find. Quinn in the office was professional and communicated throughout to check I was happy with the work. Nothing was too much trouble! If I could give more stars for the work they did I would without hesitation. Great work guys all of you 😁 very happy customer. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely disgusted they came and fitted 2 extractor fans no problem but then after they had finished decided to dump the hardcore they removed from the house in our recycling bin and I have now been waiting over a week to have it removed bunch of cowboys with no respect

My appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11.59 the guy had been sitting outside my house from 8 and knocked 45 minutes early I had to turn him away because I had school run and I couldn’t leave him inside while I took them

Took nearly 14wk to finish my patio , went digging turns out these guys had confirmation or acceptance in there inbox for over 6wk, came to extend my patio finally but didn’t fix the massive puddle, WHEN WILL IT FINALY BE DONE AS FREEZING TEMP START THIS WEEK

Had some work done by these lovely gentlemen. Couldn’t be more pleased! They’re so professional and finished to an exceptional standard, would highly recommend. From start to finish they met every one of my expectations and worked really hard to make sure that I was happy with everything, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was exactly as I’d asked. 5 stars!
