Prime Management Group

We had rubbish dumped everywhere, people urinating in basements and more issues because Prime didn't provide their staff adequate facilities when they were working through the night. For the first 24 hours there wasn't even a toilet on-site. I contacted them about this and they just sent our own cleaner to clean the urine and let it continue to happen. Since they've left it's back to normal thankfully

Excellent organisation! helping us to keep our storage site secure, would recommend to anyone wanting there site monitored when you leave for the night you can relax knowing it has a reliable company monitoring it.

Great service provided by the Prime management group. Working along side the building manager Mario at trafford wharf apartments James Ian and Dave always there to help. Professional and courteous top job guys.

Had an issue with a member of staff at the apartment building I live at and spoke to James who assisted straight away and dealt with the situation very well. Great manager and deserves praise for his work. Thank you James!
