Premier Alarms

We’ve dealt with Premier for a long time and they’re nothing but genuinely helpful, affable and decent. Something happened recently and they went above and beyond and in these times of company rip-offery that speaks volumes. Thankyou Premier as cheese laden as it reads.

Was recommended Premier and everything they did matched the reputation. Very good service and the install was far easier and better done that we had feared. Everyone from Premier was excellent and the process very smooth from start to finish.

Mediocre quality and service, at best. Avoid.

We have used Premier since 2016 (9 years) and they are mostly great. There was a performance issue over installing equipment which ended up with us dealing with Premier's Finance Director which was painful in time and effort to sort. That has bruised a long-standing relationship

We have recently had a Premier alarm system fitted in our newly renovated home in East Croydon. From start to finish, we received excellent service from the whole team at Premier. Our surveyor Fabian was friendly and knowledgeable, putting us at ease by answering our questions clearly and ensuring that the sensors would be put in the most effective positions. The engineer team were also very helpful and fitted everything efficiently during the installation process. Furthermore, Laura was readily available to answer any queries and gave us a extremely reasonable quote. We are delighted with the easy-to-use app, so that we can control and check on the alarms remotely, giving us peace of mind while we are away. I have recommended Premier to many other friends and relatives, and will certainly be using them again in future. Thank you!
