Preen + Clean

Had my windows cleaned today by Linden. Super, super job done. Takes time and cleans all windows perfectly, including door glass & all window sills. Can’t praise him enough. Very friendly, polite & lovely guy. Very pleased. Used this company for many years. Top company. 5* Thank you Preen & Clean for a great service.

Daniel was a really nice guy but I have a sloping window that I can’t do so I thought Id treat myself a clean £16 down the drain not a drop of water hit that window and he had done and done the back windows first, checked my bedroom window , no cleaner than it had been before hand and will have to find another cleaner to do sloped window and do upstairs windows myself , offereed they come bk and sort it but if they can’t do it first time they arnt invited bk, really disappointed could have saved my £16 and left them as was

The communication was excellent however I was left feeling disappointed. My windows were dirty, dusty and and it looks as if no one actually cleaned the windows at all. I have worked with a window cleaning company in the past and I know the quality of a good clean. I have contact company via WhatsApp as I will not be paying a penny until this is rectified. I will also be cancelling my direct debit as a result

The sales guy managed to sell his services real good. I did explain to him how i wanted the windows clean. However when he came, the week after the window cleaner guy wasn't even here more than 5 minute!. The windows were left with streaks and looked worse than before I had it cleaned. Straight away soon as he left, the money was taken out of my account. I contacted them and explained how i was unhappy with their services. I didn't take the guy's name whom I spoke to which he said I will receive a refund. I am still awaiting and it has been 2 weeks. They quick at taking your money but can refund it??!.

Absolutely would not recommend this company. Had first visit booked in, which was then cancelled with no prior notice and I waited in. Gave them info about having a special needs child who I pick up from school and to not book me in at school pick up time which was totally disregarded and was still booked in at school pick up time. Second visit booked in, cancelled last minute in the morning, rescheduled for the afternoon and then cancelled again. Absolutely shocking service. Cancelled contract with them.
