Absolutely atrocious service. This company is incompetent and should be shut down. We hired them to clean a coffee spill on our sofa. Not only did they not clean the spill, they used harmful chemicals which permanently damaged our sofa and caused the stain to spread to more than 10x the surface area. It also leaked through and damaged parts of the sofa that were previously fine. Oh and they were 2 hours late because they couldn’t find parking. Eventually I went outside, walked 50 meters, and found three opens spots. I stood there to hold a spot for them, and they told me they were 20 minutes away. Why were they 20 minutes away if they were circling the area trying to find parking? Please do your due diligence and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

The company was nice at first when signing up..They also said that if I want to switch cleaners, I can. I had a cleaner who was really nice and generally did an OK job, but I live in a tiny bed sit and minimum spend was 3hrs, so I expected a little more to be done. I asked to switch cleaners, not because the cleaner was bad, but I just wanted to see if someone else could get a little more done in the 3hrs (0 bedroom, tiny bathroom cubicle). I got allocated a new cleaner eventually. They asked if I would be home to let the new cleaner in, and I reminded them that they have my keys....I didn't get a response for two days.. I also tried to reschedule way in advance so I could be in to meet the cleaner for the first time - and their answer was a firm 'no' - without any explanation. They asked if I could still do Wednesday, but I said no because I'd be at work... and they asked me how I would like my key back, which felt insulting as a customer. When I called today, I was talked over and the lady was not listening to what I was saying. I wanted to give her feedback about her communication. I run a business myself and understand that feedback is valuable. she just raised her voice over mine. They are now demanding £15 to return my key. Very weird experience to be honest.

Great service. I employed PoshClean for upholstery cleaning (mattress, armchair and blinds). They were professional and reliable. Great job, I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

After making two stains on my 20 year old sofa worse with my attempts to clean with vinegar, lemon juice, washing up liquid etc I sought advice from my local dry cleaners. They were a little vague and did not inspire confidence in their ability to remove the stains. Fortunately a quick goggle search resulted in PoshClean. From that point on everything was straightforward. From initial enquiry answered by Snejana to cleaning by Philip their service was excellent. Within two days not only does my sofa look like it did 20 years ago but it also feels like new. Professional courteous and perfectionists. Can’t recommend them highly enough and very good value for money
