Polbuilt

We are delighted with the work carried out by Polbuilt. Dominik and his team were excellent always on time, always tidied up and always did a great job. Although Polbuilt was not the cheapest quote we received, Dominik’s knowledge and professionalism gave me the confidence that Polbuilt could and would do a great job. As the job progressed Dominik provided regular feedback and if any additional work was required or requested by us, a price was always agreed in advance thus enabling us to monitor costs and work within our budget. So what can we say, if you are looking for a reliable, hardworking and knowledgeable team of builders we would happily recommend Polbuilt to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I contacted Dominic re a late completion certificate for my loft conversion. He explained everything to me and kept me informed at every stage. He is extremely thorough and made sure everything was done according to the plans. His team were all fantastic. They turned up on time every day, they were very respectful and worked really hard to complete the work within the time frame. The work was of a very high standard, and I’m very happy to say all completed and passed by building control. Thanks again to Dominic and his team.

Dominik and his team installed a downstairs shower room for me. This included blocking up a door, installing new windows and building a wall. Dominik's communication was great, giving me regular updates of where the work was at and what the next steps would be, completing the work on time and on budget. The team were great, they worked very quietly, tidily and cleaned up very respectfully at the end of each day. They arrived dead on time every single day and were very helpful and friendly. The finished shower room is lovely. I would recommend PolBuilt.

We recently completed our fourth project with Dominik and the team at Polbuilt, this time to lay a new wooden floor across four rooms. It was another very smooth experience, completed to the originally agreed timescale and budget. We'd highly recommend them, with these kinds of renovation projects it's very reassuring to know you have a team that does it right, with good communication throughout. We also really appreciate the experience of the team. The initial consultations with Dominik are always beneficial, he's helped us with important decisions and practical tweaks that have saved time and money, and recommended good suppliers. (Bathroom photo was our previous project, an under-stairs box room conversion.)

We couldn’t recommend Dominic and his team enough. They knocked down a wall and transformed our bathroom and created a storage room for us. We were out of the country for the first 2 weeks of project and received regular updates from Dominic during this time. The standard of work was excellent and was all completed on time and on budget. After having numerous projects completed on our house, Dominic was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of communication, accurate pricing and super finish. Have recommended Polbuilt to numerous people and will continue to do so.
