Many thanks to PMS and Cyrus Elmaz in particular for working extremely hard to ensure that my flat got through the final stages to enable it to be sold. His calm, professional assistance was much appreciated. No request was too much and I will always be extremely grateful for his endeavours. Highly recommend.

This is one of the worst experiences I have received in terms of customer care. There was errors on their behalf which they have not owned up to and pushed blame on to me (as a customer). They were ridiculously slow in replying to an important email. I would never recommend PMS Managing Estates.

I've been working with property management organisations, both as a resident, and landlord, for over 20 years now, and I can say, PMS are the least reliable, least trustworthy, and most ineffectual that I have encountered in that time, and the bar is impressively low. Committed only to protecting the freeholder, whilst repeatedly failing to deliver on leaseholder needs, the only thing they can be relied upon to do, is issue demands for money, in most cases without sufficient justification.

Despite collecting over £40000 a year, in service charges from residents at Trafalgar court, the bill for our bin collections has not been paid, resulting in no collections for two weeks, emails and phone calls from residents to PMS to be told it will be dealt with as a matter of urgency! 5 days later still not cleared, we now have a huge pile of stinking rubbish plus four bins overflowing. Poor Management Service

What a fantastic team, Melissa on the legal team really helped us out of a tough situation this morning and we are very grateful for her help and support! Dean and Sharon, also at PMS, have also massively helped us during our house move. The company as a whole has very good customer service and is always on hand to support the residents of the locations they manage and we will forever be grateful for the help provided in the last few weeks!
