PMD Property Maintenance

Top quality work and service. Work area always left clean and tidy, any problems after install dealt with very promptly and efficiently. It’s great when you find people you trust to undertake work on your home.

We have recently had our reception area renovated and former tea room converted into a new office. Paul and both Josh's were amazing. Prompt, reliable, clean and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out to an excellent and professional standard. We are definitely rebooking for future work. Highly recommended. Proud to support another Cornish family operated company

I would highly recommend working with Paul and his team. We just bought our first house which needed new bathroom and lots of other work such as skimming, plastering, interior/exterior paint, flooring etc. Paul was really helpful, offering sollutions and was really transparent with time-frame and costs. The whole team were really friendly, professional and did an exceptional job from start to finish. Communication was great and we'll definitely be calling them again should we have any further work!

Always a professional and reliable service. Would highly recommend! Paul and his team are professional, polite and methodical in how they go about their work. As a business we have been working with PMD for over 10 years and will continue to do so for many more to come. Flying Start Nurseries (SW) Ltd
