Platinum Housekeeping

The team are professional and their cleaning standards are high. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

I really wanted to have a good experience with this company, but unfortunately, I was let down. Twice. The first time, we booked them for a “floor-to-ceiling” deep clean of our new (empty) house before moving in. The cleaners arrived over an hour late, and I had to chase for updates. Only two cleaners showed up when we were told to expect three, and the job was rushed and far from thorough. Several areas were missed, and we found a significant amount of dust in wardrobes and corners. After some back and forth, they did reduce the fee, but it shouldn’t have come to that. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance and booked a regular domestic clean. This time, no one showed up at all. I sent several messages to check what was happening, but received no reply until later that day, when I got an email saying the cleaners had "problems" and couldn’t make it. Sadly, the overall experience has been one of poor communication and unreliable service. I wouldn’t recommend them based on what we experienced.

On time and very reliable on a weekly basis. Kate is amazing and is flexiable to tend to my needs. The girls are polite, kind and trust worthy. 10/10 service.

Great service provided for our end of tenancy clean & clean for our new home. The team worked efficiently, and the cleaning was superb. Would highly recommend for all your cleaning needs. Work was fitted around my schedule and to a high standard.

I had two cleaners come to my house one to clean my bathroom the other to clean my oven the guy doing the oven make a lovely job but when I looked properly at my bathroom just the walls and floor seemed to have been cleaned my taps hadn't been cleaned my toilet at the back was dusty I spent the next hour cleaning it all myself I have been trying for days to get to speak to someone but with no luck I'm very very angry now as it cost me a lot of money so my advise to anyone thinking of using them DON'T BOTHER They are rip off merchants . They won't even return my calls or answer messages I've sent 125. 00 to clean my oven and a 1/4of my bathroom what a joke 😈😈
