Pilgrim Payne

These guys are the best! We work with them on our best projects and they always go above and beyond. Lilli is particularly wonderful - she has a true love of people and genuine desire to do fantastic work!!

Absolutely excellent service - Lilli and her crew did an amazing job deep-cleaning and organising my home! It was all so beautifully done that it was like being in a brand new flat - a decade’s worth of wear and tear just disappeared. A really wonderful job, I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Thank you all for your hard work! Emily

I had a pair of toile de jouy curtains relined and cleaned and am really impressed. Ian came to give a quote and advise me on the best option for the curtains which were in need of a thorough clean. Ian couldn’t have been more helpful. He thoroughly inspected the curtains and gave me a variety of options. (What a lovely man, so polite and helpful. He fixed a curtain rail without being asked and offered to hoover the heading board when he removed the curtain). He returned the newly lined curtains yesterday and I am really thrilled with the result. The 25 year old curtains look as good as new. Fantastic service. I have just sent a second pair off for the same treatment. Thank you Ian 🙏🏼

I used Pilgrim Payne first to reline and clean a number of mostly full length curtains. I was so impressed with the results and the customer service that I then had the rest of the curtains cleaned. I thought they might also need relining, but was advised this would not be necessary. Again, I was very impressed with the results, so asked for a Roman blind to be cleaned, repaired and rehung. I had been trying to find a company who would do this for years, but without any success. The work was always done quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Pilgrim Payne, and would not hesitate to use them again.

We used Pilgrim Payne to clean and restore the pelmets in our flat, which were originally installed in the 1990s. James and Deepesh were terrific and provided marvelous service throughout the process. The results are beautiful. Pilgrim Payne is highly recommended!
