Phoenix FMS

I had a quick impromptu tour with Pete Burns of the Durham Cricket Grounds on Sunday, and what a gentleman he was. I was amazed by his kindness and enthusiasm for his job. He's really a credit to your company, and if all your staff are this good, you're doing it all right. Again I'd like to thank Pete again ( from the South African woman )

Phoenix Eye have provided security services and CCTV monitoring on our premises for approx three years and the service we have received is second to none. The staff are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure a top quality service. I really could not recommend them highly enough.

Newcastle team are awful. Two wasters turned up driving like loonies. No idea what they were doing. Don't waste your time with this lot.

Attended an event at the gosforth racecourse and was greeted with obscenity from a foul mouthed girl named Charlotte who didn't like where the taxi driver had pulled up and told us she'd didn't care as she'd "had enough" Her attitude was appalling and not a good welcome. Jack and ollie were much more helpful and approachable and gave us the directions we required in a much friendlier manner

Phoenix Eye have to be the most responsive security company I have ever dealt with. As a facilities coordinator it’s vital to be able to rely on a security set up to which Phoenix do exceptionally well. Great set up, really helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
