We instructed Patryk and the team to install a new hard standing area, renew an existing (poorly installed) hard standing area and tidy up the tarmac drive. Patryk and the team worked quietly, efficiently and most importantly (for me!) tidily. What i really liked about working with Patryk is that he spoke to me respectfully, in layman's terms and offered suggestions along the way on how things could be improved but was never pushy about implementing his suggestions. We will definitely be using Patryk and the team again in the future on some building work we would like to have done on our bungalow.

Arrived on time and when he said. Excellent communication. Kept us informed. Completed our job - well done. Sent photographs to us along the way. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t rate Patryk and his team highly enough . If I could give 500 stars I would. The quality of the workmanship and pure attention to detail is outstanding. I can’t fault a thing about their work…it’s just exquisite and the highest standard I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. The renovation of my property was not an easy undertaking. It is remote, quirky and a listed building to boot. It has its own water supply from a freshwater spring halfway down a cliff and an undocumented labyrinthine drainage and sewage system that was installed by the army over 100 years ago. Historically relevant it needed any work to be handled with extreme care and for me personally the project needed someone who would understand my emotional connection to the property and take care of that too. Patryk managed the whole project from start to finish, understanding all the quirks and emotions and set to with patience and respect. He overcame every hurdle and there were plenty. He provided excellent solutions to every problem and his input and ideas were masterful. He knows exactly what he’s doing, is a perfectionist (my good fortune) and really cares about pleasing the customer. He doesn’t tolerate shoddy or sloppy work from any of his work force whether directly employed or sub contracted. His patience and professionalism have been an absolute gift and I am so lucky to have secured him. In a world where true and dedicated craftsmen are increasingly hard to find, Patryk is an absolute godsend. It’s scary to put your trust in others to treat your beloved property with the care you want especially with a project that touched every part of the need for improvement. I was very quickly reassured by Patryk’s patience, understanding, empathy, professionalism and work ethic. I would recommend Patryk and his team every time in a heartbeat. I am beyond delighted with the outcome of his hard work and feel extremely lucky to have had him. He turned a sad, delapidated, 100 year old and tired property into a strong, beautiful, secure, comfortable and enduring legacy that will now continue to bring pleasure for the next 100 years. We are pleased with the work carried out by Patryk and his team. Throughout the build there was good clear communication about the project with some good suggestions from Patryk. During the work the site was left tidy each day. Great job and we would have no problem recommending PBS Construction and Design.

We are delighted with the new bathroom and kitchen extension to our Victorian terrace house. It was completed to a very high standard with much effort to blend the modern with the old sympathetically. The site was left in good condition Despite the considerable task of removing the debris that resulted from the demolition Of the old building.. All our visitors have been hugely impressed.
