Pass & Co

All involved were highly professional, very friendly. Due to work and issues we had, we asked a lot of questions and even got them back a 2nd time to resurvey. We also had to cancel and rebook a number of times due to delays on our side due for the other issues and they were very understanding and nothing was a problem. Thank you for such a great job.

Had rising damp in lounge. Pass & Co were so tidy, polite and reliable. We were recommended them by friends and would have no hesitation in recommending them also. Did a lovely job.

Had work done by these guys which failed in no time at all. 30 yr guarantee is laughable, didn't provide a certificate originally, charged 40 pounds for one afterwards and then made us jump through hoops and came up with various excuses as to why they wouldn't honour the guarantee. I suspect that these handful of 5 star reviews are from people within the company or friends and relatives. Have given up trying to get them to rectify their original shoddy work and gone elsewhere. ****** In response to the below, this is a genuine review and was never posted on Yell. It's easy to ask for further details and make out you're a helpful company on a public forum. Shame you weren't as keen to help out when I actually asked for it!!

I have used Pass & Co a number of times for damp works and have been very satisfied with the experience on every occasion. They are professional, prompt and competitive. I would thoroughly recommend Pass & Co!

I am very pleased with the damp proofing and replastering in my kitchen. Pass and Co have done a great job and the 30 year guarantee is very reassuring. Thank you.
