KIS Property Services

KIS team is absolutely brilliant! James was extremely helpful, kept things clear, when it came to availability and quotes. His team was always extremely polite and took great care of our property. We had a new fence and patio done. The team worked hard and ensured all was left looking perfect. Trustworthy company and people

We have used KIS for several years now and each time we have been left very impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism and respect from James and the entire team. They communicate issues and concerns early and clearly and always come with solutions. They are extremely tidy and very respectful of our home. We will continue to use them for all our carpentry and property needs

KIS have been doing various renovation works on my home over the last 6 years, from small plastering works to a full extension and have have been consistently pleased with the high quality of work by James and his team. Not only are they all very professional, reliable and friendly, they are all consistently good at their trades. They are quick to respond, provide excellent communication during works and always clear up at the end of the day as much as possible. They have always been very respectful of my house as a working home with kids and dogs about. Would 100% recommend KIS.

We’ve worked with KIS across several buildings on a wide range of projects and have always found them to be responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

KIS property services have recently installed my new kitchen, workmanship was outstanding, beautiful carpentry work and felt comfortable with the workman within my home. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you again!
