Parallel Security Limited

I completed my SIA Door Supervisor course with Anthony and Paul, and it was my first course with Parallel. Anthony delivered the main part of the course and was absolutely brilliant. As someone who finds it difficult to stay focused and learn in a classroom environment, I found his teaching style engaging and effective – he made the seven days fly by. He kept the topics relatable and shared valuable insights from his own experience in the security industry. Paul led the physical intervention section of the course, and he was equally excellent. He demonstrated the techniques clearly, explained them thoroughly, and made sure we understood how to perform them safely. Honestly, it’s a 10/10 from me. I have no regrets choosing Parallel and would highly recommend them to anyone. All the other staff were lovely too.

I had a coffee van on Wales Comic Con at Wrexham Glyndŵr University. The event has thousands of people attending. The first day the weather was vial but security still smiled and got on with the job. I interacted with a few security on the day but one stood out more the rest. The gent was spot on, opening the doors and going the extra mile. Top work.

Simply excellent! Really know what they are talking about and nothing is too much trouble. Professional and very polite staff, would highly recommend.
