Paul came to fix leaking roof. It was very poor work; either that or more damage happened on the job. Invoice said "sealed up splits in the lead gully with tar flashing repair tape, heated into position, then a coat of fibreglass bitumen based paint" but after the repairs the rain damage became a lot more serious, happened more quickly and over a much larger area. After that he did not pick up or return my calls.
