OWL Property Maintenance & Solutions LTD

We were delighted with our refurbished family bathroom and installation of a completely new ensuite in a former bedroom.. Tom is an amazing and very skilled craftsman and it was a genuine privilege to have him working in our home. We were so impressed that we didn't consider anyone else to lay the tiles throughout our new lounge, kitchen and dining room. Would thoroughly recommend 👌

Approached a number of trades people to obtain quotes for my cloakroom Mark from Owl Property Maintenance responded quickly, asked for address and arranged a viewing to provide an accurate quote. The quote provided the most complete breakdown and assignment of cost out of all the responses. Along with this and the various images of other work undertaken by the team it was an easy decision to make. Once the start date was agreed the team arrived promptly daily and carried out all work as requested, where uncertainty around certain aspects arose I was always consulted. Work was finished to a very high standard and the cloakroom should now provide service for a good number of years

Mark and his team at Owl have installed a beautiful bathroom for us. They worked really hard, were tidy and clean, and very pleasant company to have around. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend to others.

We’re really happy with the work done by Adrian and Tom. They were highly skilled, professional, and respectful throughout the whole process. They made sure to consult us at every step to ensure we were happy with everything, and they always cleaned up after themselves too. Would definitely recommend!

We have just had our bathroom fully refitted by this company and honestly what a pleasure it was! Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and is a complete transformation from the old disabled wet room which was there previously! Leah was so helpful and always just a text away if we needed help with anything. I can’t thank and praise our fitter Tom highly enough, his work is absolutely top quality and his attention to detail was second to none. He made sure throughout the fitting process to keep checking I was happy, explain things to me and asked for my preferences on different finishing options (grout colour, tile placement etc). I cannot recommend this company enough - amazing quality, fantastic work ethic, friendly team and reliable service. Thank you so much!
