Wouldn’t recommend at all. We had these guys to come out to do an oven clean, air fryer clean & washing machine clean. The guy who came started by doing our oven, which looks great. He then cleaned our air fryer, which consisted of just the draws, he said he wouldn’t be able to get them to come up perfect as to do this he would really have to scrub them with a wire brush which would take all the non stick coating off. I said I understood and it was fine. I then had to go out and left him with my partner - he finished off what he needed to and said everything would be all good to go. Yesterday I used our washing machine and there was so much debris left which I didn’t notice on putting the washing in, I re cleaned it myself where there was all dirt still around the drum & in the seal (I wish I would have taken photos now!) I then ran it on an auto clean cycle & put the washing back in again. This time the white tops came out with brown stains all over them. So I re cleaned the whole thing again myself today & put brought some cleaner to re wash. Then tonight I’ve gone to use the air fryer which I stupidly didn’t look at yesterday! All the coating has been taken off and I don’t know what they’ve used but it’s brought all rust on to them, not to mention there was still cleaning products and grease at the bottom - which I’m glad I checked before I cooked my daughters food! Overall I wouldn’t bother wasting money on this company. It going to cost us more money now to replace the air fryer draws 🙄

Steve was really pleasant, friendly & worked very hard. My bottom oven & shelves were really filthy as well as the glass doors, inside & out. I have not been able to clean the oven at all since 2022 after I had a complex knee fracture. The top oven wasn't too bad though. Steve also cleaned the hob & filter, shelves & doors. & they all came up really well. He was due to clean the stainless steel sink but couldn't do it as there is a lot of limescale on it, again due to me not being able to keep up to it. He got a refund for that, no problem at all. I was a bit dubious about contacting a firm 'out of the blue' But I would have no hesitation about recommending this company. The Office staff were friendly & helpful, & Steve was brilliant. I am so happy with my 'new' oven, hob & filter! The ovens are just gleaming! Thank you. I tried to take a photo of the closed ovens but they were too shiny & reflected me like a mirror!

Jose was brilliant! Very friendly, professional, and did an excellent job with the clean of the range oven and extractor hood. He went above and beyond to ensure the perfect finish. Highly recommend.

I paid a deposit for 2 slide and hide ovens. No confirmation that the appointment to clean the ovens was received which I had to chase. A very unpleasant cleaning operative turned who would not engage with me except to moan about his employer saying it would take about 15mins to clean 2 ovens. The ovens were not cleaned properly. If your oven has a grilling element on the roof they will not clean the roof of the oven. They do not say that anywhere on there website. They state they use Eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. They do not the cleaning operative told me he had used carbolic acid to clean my ovens. When I reported that the cleaning operative had not completed the job they asked me to send photos. They denied receiving the first set of photos I sent so I sent them again as requested. When I tried to confirm they had received the photos they ignored my calls. A few days later I tried calling again and was categorically told they do not clean an oven roof with a heating element on the roof of the oven and put the phone down on me. This company is in breach of their contract to clean my ovens and also explains why the cleaning operative would said it would only take 15 minutes to clean the ovens, because they do not complete the job.

Moving out and wanted to leave the new owners with a shiny oven. Tony did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, friendly and efficient. My oven and hob looks like new😁
