Ovenpig Domestic Oven Cleaning FOD

Fantastic service from Oven Pig today - they look like new! Would not hesitate to use again.

I had booked an appointment weeks ago for today ready for our house completion. I contacted Tom to confirm everything via text no response. I then called a few times. Still no response. This happened to my Mum too. Not good at all especially when I did book this weeks ago and was relying on it being done for the new owners of our house. Very dissatisfied and disappointing!

Have been using oven pig ever since we moved to the forest of dean 6 years ago and Tom has done an excellent job each time. Polite, professional and a tidy worker. I highly recommend him. Brilliant service and a good price. Sorry it has taken so long to leave a review !!

I had so many recommendations for Oven Pig to come and clean our oven, but on the day I was text five minutes before the appointment time to say that he was running late. He said he would be there an hour later. But then five minutes before the second agreed time, he text again asking me if I would like to cancel as he was running even later. I told him to come when he could that day as I really really needed the oven cleaned. Two hours later he then said he would be 20 minutes. An hour and a half later he still wasn’t there. By this time I felt so uncomfortable that I just Cancelled the appointment. I Have no idea what was going on, he said that he would reschedule and he was sorry, but he hasn’t been in contact since and that was over a week ago. It was all very odd, and very disappointing.

Partner booked oven clean for a friday at 1pm (ish) and booked afternoon off work. On the day we received text message asking to move the booking to the Saturday because his AM job would over run. Told him this wasn't convenient, as we had decorators in and asked him to come at his earliest convenience on the Friday afternoon. The guy simply ignored the response and didn't turn up. This has left us being unable to use the cooker, all weekend and now having to look for someone reliable. People these days don't seem capable of considering anyone but themselves even when being paid £115 to clean a damn oven. Great customer service you got there pigman
