OctoKleen

Toby did an excellent job of cleaning carpets. They were a little damp when he left, but certainly dry enough to walk on. Really refreshed pile and colour and managed to remove or reduce stains. Very pleased and happy to recommend.

I contacted Octokleen and spoke to Toby, he was polite, informative and generally very helpful. We were able to book our carpets in straight away. When disaster struck a couple of days later with a frozen pipe and water pumped everywhere he was able to come straight out- after juggling other clients- and salvage the situation! He did an amazing job on all the carpets and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Many thanks Toby you were brilliant going above and beyond!

I hired Toby to come and clean my carpets, but before he got a chance to do this, I had a huge flood in the house due to a burst pipe. Toby came out immediately and removed as much water as he could. He was a life-saver that day. At a later date, he came back and cleaned all of the upstairs carpets. He did a wonderful job. He is very hard working and honest about what he can do to get carpets clean. Very trustworthy. I would hire Toby again in a heartbeat if I need any work done. He is a real gem. You won't regret hiring hi.

Toby gave us a quote and a date for cleaning dining room, hall and stair carpets. He made such a good job we don’t need to buy new ground floor carpets! Highly recommended.

The carpet cleaning was superb and I’m amazed at the difference it has made to my apartment.
