On Site Security Ltd

Exceptional service from everyone at On Site security, especially Mo. Mo was an absolute gentleman and professional from day one and helped to end our security issue we had. I would 100% recommend these guys!

On Site Security Ltd were able to provide an extremely quick turn-around on a last minute request to provide a guard on a work-site. Arrived on site on time and ensured that their team were briefed on the requirements beforehand.

Outstanding outfit. Extremely professional, punctual security service. Guards are always very well turned out and patrols are logged hourly. Highly recommend this company from good experience of using On Site security for many of my sites in the south of England over the past few years. The admin staff are also brilliant and understanding, following up all requests immediately returning answer and solutions. Mo, is an easy to get on with person that lead from the front. 5* plus from me and my company!

Working with On Site Security was excellent. Communication was clear and easy, they responded quickly, and were very professional. Our assigned officer, Arslan, was great. On time every night, friendly, professional - felt like part of the team! Would recommend and will work with in the future.

We are impressed with how hands on the company is, if there are any issues the CEO aims to contact us directly, and they will usually email or call. The staff, both office and guards, are very professional. The office/switchboard team are very quick and find cover quickly when needed. The guards, are friendly and personable to the staff, but are able to, and will step in when situations arise. They pick up their job quickly and follow instructions well. Overall we have had a good experience working with On Site Security Ltd, and find the way they conduct themselves to be top notch. - Night Manager, Sleeperz Cardiff.
