Oltec Group Security Guards Cleaning Maintenance

Very disappointing experience dealing with this company. Communication was poor throughout, issues were not handled professionally, and overall the service fell well below expectations. Promises were made that were not followed through, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. I rarely leave negative reviews, but based on my experience I would not recommend using this company and would strongly suggest others do thorough research before engaging them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Oltec Group was completely unprofessional and showed a total lack of standards. I hired them to adjust my door to meet fire safety regulations. The work left visible damage, which they dismissed as merely "cosmetic" and refused to take responsibility for. When I attempted to find a reasonable resolution, they simply stopped responding. I would never recommend Oltec Group. If you value professionalism and accountability, look elsewhere—you’ll likely end up calling someone else to fix the damage they leave behind.

No doubt Oltec fm had a Profissional team Great company
