OCD Services Kirklees Ltd

I couldn’t recommend OCD Cleaning Ltd more highly if you’re looking for an excellent, reliable service. Sara has been absolutely fantastic from the start. She really understands our needs, especially given the mobility issues my sister and I have, and consistently goes above and beyond. Her communication is outstanding, always keeping us informed and making everything feel seamless and stress-free. Elena, who has recently left, was truly special. She has the most beautiful soul, and that shines through in the care and attention she put into her work. We feel very lucky to have had her. Suzanne has now taken over, and on first impression, she has been incredible. She’s warm, professional, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. We’re really looking forward to getting to know her more. Overall, an amazing team delivering a genuinely high standard of service, I couldn’t ask for better!

OCD Services Kirklees Ltd were outstanding from start to finish. The lady who arranged everything was kind, understanding, and genuinely supportive, which made me feel at ease straight away. I’m not someone who easily lets people into my flat, so this was a big deal for me — but the lady who came was professional, patient, and so empathetic that I instantly felt comfortable. Both were exceptional, and their warmth and professionalism made a real difference. Truly five-star service.

Very responsive! Sara managed to arrange very quickly. Lindsay came and worked really hard, attention to detail, lovely lady, so impressed that even though I booked a one off clean, I have already booked again.

Contacted for a straightforward end-of-tenancy clean but found the process quite unhelpful. Instead of a clear quote, the conversation went into a lot of detail that felt unnecessary and not relevant to what was being asked. There also didn’t seem to be much effort to understand or empathise with the need for a quick, practical solution, which made the whole process more time-consuming than it needed to be. As a landlord trying to organise a turnaround between tenancies, I was looking for a simple, clear quote based on the information provided. Ended up going with another company who were able to respond quickly and efficiently.

I got a great end of tenancy clean done recently. The job was much more than expected. Photos and videos were shared when they accessed the house, but they managed to arrange the extra work needed at very short notice. Excellent communication throughout which was a massive help. I'll be happy to use them again.
