NVS Services New Venture Security Ltd

Each year NVS kindly donate the attendance of 2 of their team to support our annual fundraiser, the big sleepout in Blackpool town centre. Its definitely not their usual gig but they are vital in making attendees, who raise vital funds to keep our nightshelter open feel safe throughout the night. They are always professional, positive and get involved in the spirit of the event - we would be lost without them! Big thanks to Nathan and the team for your consistent support and adding to the community's social value!

Following a family birthday celebration, our group visited Backstage in Cleveleys. Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by the unprofessional behavior of your door supervisor. His manner was discourteous and his customer service fell far below the standards expected in a hospitality environment. As regular customers, we were extremely disappointed by this interaction. I have personally worked in the private security industry for over 19 years and hold a valid SIA licence in both Door Supervision and Close Protection. Based on my experience, the conduct displayed by your staff member was wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. Regrettably, this incident has led us to reconsider visiting Backstage in the future, and it has certainly affected your venue’s reputation among our wider circle of friends and colleagues. I am also considering raising this matter with the SIA for further review. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issue appropriately to prevent similar experiences for other patrons. I hope this was a one of from a well respected and credited company. Kind regards TYLER
