Number ONE Carpet Cleaning

Outstanding service from beginning to end. We needed urgent professional help with an area of carpet in our home, and Tom gave us same-day priority. Yavor arrived within an hour. Yavor was extremely professional. He carefully assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, cleaned the carpet thoroughly and gave us excellent advice about the underlay and next steps. He was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond. Communication was outstanding from the initial enquiry and throughout the whole service. We couldn’t have asked for a quicker, more professional or helpful response. Highly recommended!

Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company as they left my carpet in the same if not worse state. After the cleaner left I vacuumed the carpet and there was still so much dust left and the edges of the carpet were untouched filled with dust. The thin area of my carpet was left smelling like mildew as too much water was used. The cleaner also brought the machine into my flat which I have no problem with- but the cleaner then used my personal bath towel to put under the machine in my hallway without my permission. My personal bath towel was then put back on the rack and the cleaner didn’t even have the decency to let me know he laid my bath towel on the floor under the machine. When I brought up these complaints the company then gaslit me and told me the cleaner had left no dust which is incredibly inaccurate. I even sent photos of evidence and they didn’t believe the customer. So disappointing as I spent £120 to only have 1 bedroom carpet cleaned. You’d think they’d do a good job for that price and such a small task. After back and forth with the company they reluctantly offered to come back and fix the problem for free but I didn’t feel comfortable letting them back into my home plus I was worried they would charge my card anyways for the second visit and not go with their word. Such rude owners.

We definitely had a Number ONE Carpet Cleaning experience today! Our cleaner was professional and polite, he was respectful of our property and did such a good and thorough job. We wondered whether the carpets would come up well afywr the long tenancy, but we are so surprised and happy with the outcome. Would definitely book again and recommend them.

my experience was amazing, I was quite impressed as I got a quote over the phone by sending pictures and the size of my rooms. A little deposit was given over the phone dates available were sooner rather than later, The time they promised they arrived to my house for two hours, Vince was very helpful and explaining the process as we was going along so I was kept in the loop. The carpets came out amazing but I must stress that you need to let the company know what kind of stains you have on your carpet so they can bring the right products and do a good job! And indeed they did hassle free experience With high standards, professional, Polite and the bonus is they move the little stuff around to get under and do a good job! Thank you

Efficient, Thorough and Very Effective. Was beyond satirised with the service and most importantly, the consistence in quality of service. I’ve used the guys a few times now and I’m always happy with the work. Will keep using them and would recommend them anytime.
