Novex Facilities Management

I had Novex FM visit my home address to upgrade the electrical sockets, wiring and lighting in my garage. The supervisor Rick and his apprentice Scott were very punctual and arrived when they said they would. They were very organised, extremely efficient and did a fantastic, very professional looking job. The garage was left very tidy even vacuuming up after they finished and I couldn’t have been any happier. A few days later, Rick returned to replace the consumer unit which was in my hallway. The original unit installed by Wimpey Homes when the house was built was looking a bit worse for wear and Rick noticed that one of the wires going into the breaker for the shower was loose. Anyway now all upgraded with surge protection included (which the old one didn’t have), all electrics fully tested and again a very efficient and clean install. 5 stars just isn’t enough to recommend this company!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Forced to deal with this company as they cover out of hours repairs for my property. Some agents are really difficult to understand, not sure how they have been employed in call centre roles

Give credit where credit is due! From Top to the Bottom one of the best companies I have encountered in this industry. . What I like about Novex is you deal with real people who understands real life scenarios including the directors (which is not common) and this is extremely important from a contractors prospective. Dealing with Kelly as a point of call is always a pleasure as she works proactively to resolve issues effectively. We feel very respected in our communication. Payments are made on time which is very important in our industry!! , 5 star review is throughly deserved keep up the good work Novex!

Not a bad word to say about this company when it comes to their operations. We deal directly with all different members of the team and they are all exceptional at their jobs, in particular Lewis Collins, who just seems to do his job like it’s his second nature. He clear, concise, gives fast responses and keeps on top on everything. As a service partner, we strive to provide the best, and most timely solutions which satisfy not only clients but also end customers - the brilliant team at Novex make this possible.

Terrible company, massively overcharged for a job via letting agent and it still wasn't resolved. Refused to return and said it would be chargeable again.
