Nova Alarms Northwest Ltd

Nova Alarms were brilliant; they replaced an old system following the purchase of my first home. Even utilised some of the previous cabling to save on costs and were fully transparent with their quote from completing a survey. I booked an appointment on the same day and had an engineer slot within a week, Anthony was amazing. You wouldn’t have known an Engineer had been, everything was left tidy and a full demonstration provided. This firm were recommended to me by a family friend and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant service, absolute pleasure to deal with. Great follow, price & installation. Daryl explained the app perfectly and provided a brilliant service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about security cameras for that peace of mind.

Nova have done an amazing job fitting the security systems across a number of our Sandywood Property sites, including No Worries Coffee, Worsley Coffee Co and Leopard Pie Pizza. The installations have been extremely neat and professional, and they’ve done a great job of adapting the systems to suit each individual property without detracting from the look and character of the buildings. Really pleased with the quality of the work and the service throughout. I’d highly recommend Nova.

Excellent company, very professional from start to finish. I never felt pressured in any way. Came round advised what was needed to secure my home and sent details and quote later that day. Two weeks later alarm was fitted very professionally with no mess left. .Ladies in office very helpful if you have any questions or need any ongoing support. Would highly recommend.

Great service, 100% recommend. Took time to make sure my new installation was setup perfectly. Every option discussed and tested to make sure it would be as stable as possible due to my needs being a little different to most. The engineer helped setup phone app for remote access and monitoring which is great
