Northdown

From start to finish it’s been a perfect experience with Connor organising and keeping us in the picture at every stage, Bogdan whose skills were impeccable in the refit of our en-suite including new walls and oak flooring, and Mateusz whose painting and decorating skills were of the highest standard (I couldn’t find the joins in the wallpaper). I would recommend Northdown Property Services to anyone who wants a seamless high standard job doing. And my wife was impressed by the standard of cleanliness at the end of each day’s work.

We recently had a water leak and Kurt and Michael came in to completely retile and refit our entire bathroom. I can’t speak highly enough of their work. They did an outstanding job from start to finish, truly going above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard, with top-notch finishing throughout. They were always on time, professional, and genuinely courteous throughout. On top of that, they were friendly and engaging, which made the whole experience much easier during what could have been a stressful situation.

After we had a leak at our home, Northdown Property Sevices made what could have been a really stressful experience much easier to deal with. A huge thank you to Alyssia for managing everything so well. She was always friendly, patient, quick to respond, and kept us updated throughout. No question or phone call ever felt like too much trouble. A big thank you as well to Daniel and Greg for the building work and decorating. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were both professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in what they do. We’re really pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northdown Property Services to anyone. Thanks again to the whole team!

First class service from Northdown Property Services for our shower leak-related repairs and redecoration. From the start to the finish they were courteous, friendly and professional. We are very pleased with our ensuite and garage 🙂 Many thanks especially to Ben, Connor, Peter and Mark!

We recently had work carried out through our insurance company via Northdown Property Services, and I wanted to share how impressed we were with the entire experience. Luke, who oversaw the project, was excellent from start to finish. His communication was clear and consistent, and he took the time to explain everything as the work progressed, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind throughout. All of the workers involved were polite, professional, and highly skilled. The quality of their work was superb, and their attention to detail really showed. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend Northdown Property Services to anyone.
