New Concept Security

A very poor and uneducated firm. Very rude staff and various locations across Blackpool. They lie to cover there own backs when they have been caught acting unprofessional out of gdpr regulations. They refuse to show badges. And they go hands on with you. They are not trained to deal with medical patients or the disabled I've seen them act out off gdpr by assault, Foul language and bad actions towards members of the public that could of put the person at harm along with medical patients and the disabled.

Driving like an idiot and almost caused several accidents putting others at risk. What’s even more idiotic is doing this in a company car.

I have to give 5 stars to the best bouncer in the whole of Manchester! Linton is not only the friendliest/smiliest bouncer I have ever met but he also totally is on the ball at all time with every customer making sure we enjoy our nights safely. He’s a hard worker and will always go that extra mile to make sure we are having a good night within reasons. A special mention to his colleague Jav too, what a pleasure to be going to the bar when they are both working!

I have just seen the best bit of bouncering/doorman-ship I have have ever seen in my life at Yates Manchester Portland street. A gentleman was quite disruptive and obviously very intoxicated. Rather than just roughhousing and entering the gentleman(which would of happened in most places), the bouncers Mohammed and Junaid, quietly approached him, spoke with him, ushered him outside. The gentleman was initially quite aggressive, Mohammed and Junaid spoke to him privately calmed the guy down to a point where he was thanking them and shaking their hand by the end of the exchange . If there was more doormen like these two about, the industry wouldn’t get bad rep. Fantastic and BIG well done to them both 👏🏻

Absolutely ridiculous, never heard of this company before in my life until finding myself having to Google their name. Why? One of their operatives who was in our area claiming to be on a callout, came to our property and tried our front door and briefly opened it. We do not have any connection with this company, so we confronted him and he claims to have had the wrong address. So a security company that ironically breached somebody's security? Who on earth goes around just opening people's doors, says oops sorry wrong address and expects you to just act as if nothing happened? Shameful behaviour, I'm now even more anxious in my own home as anybody can throw a jacket on and claim to be from somewhere!
