Family arrived to no bedding or towels, Netlet refused to help. Since using Netlet to manage my holiday let, I have had complaints of it not being clean, and no toilet rolls left. I've been charged for waste and recycling to be removed after each booking, but on many occasions the containers were left overflowing and clearly hadn't been emptied for some time. Netlet stated that the problems were not their fault, but the quality of the staff they employ!! After this comment, and at the suggestion of the Director, I gave two weeks notice on 17th July. I asked for and received confirmation that the last changeover would take place on 26th July. The family letting the property arrived with their young children on Saturday evening to find no bedding or towels. Becky on the Netlet emergency line was helpful and assured me that someone would return immediately and make up the beds. However I was later informed that the Director refused to allow anyone to do this to help the family, which I found unconsionable. The Director has since commented that that as it was the end of the contract, they would not provide the bedding, I was expected to provide my own bedding. At no point was this explained to me beforehand, and no one from Netlet tried to contact me at changeover time when they found no bedding left out. They were aware I was by then 200 miles away and could do nothing myself to help the family. In addition to this, the final invoice billed me once again for taking away the waste when this had not been done. We had left the property ourselves that morning, and removed everything ourselves, and due to the ongoing issues with this, took photos of the empty containers. I feel Netlet let both myself and my guests down in the most egregious and deliberate manner- quite unbelievable for a company that states pride in its "professionalism ".

We have been using How's It Done for the best part of 2 years and are extremely satisfied with the level of service we receive from them. It's nice when we read our comments book and the guest have remarked on the cleanliness of the property and how well it is presented. When we are away its great to know that our properties are in good hands. We would highly recommend.

Contacted How Its Done initially to get a quote on an end of tenancy clean, however, after having some building work done on my new house I decided to have someone in to clean the kitchen. I contacted them and they arranged for 2 cleaners to come in a few days later. The cleaners arrived slightly late and were there for an hour and a half. At the time the kitchen was totally empty and I hadn't asked for the fridge or oven to be cleaned so nice and easy to clean. During the time they're were there one of them was talking on their mobile almost continuously. At the end they asked me to have a quick look to see if I was happy and on a quick glance it looked ok. However, after they had gone I had a proper look and realised that pretty much all they had done in the hour and a half the 2 of them were there was wipe the work surfaces and the tops of a few cupboards. A number of the cupboards were still quite dirty and obviously hadn't been touched and the drawers also hadn't been touched. I took photos of this and emailed them to the company saying I wasn't happy. I never got a reply. As I was due to have the quote done a few days later, but no longer wanted to use this company, I sent a text saying I wanted to cancel the quote. I didn't hear anything back from that either but they luckily didn't show up. All I can say is I'm lucky I hadn't paid before, or paid when the cleaners were there. But I certainly wouldn't recommend this company due to the fact they still haven't bothered to respond to me over a week and a half later.

I have used NetLet Housekeeping for a number of years and have found them to be completely reliable and both their cleaning and laundry services are carried out to a high standard. The Company continues to grow and improve further. Highly recommended.

We use the home help service for my elderly mother in law. The girls are very well presented in their uniforms and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Their care and attention to detail for my mother in laws needs, are first class. It has taken a weight of worry of our shoulders as we know that they carry out her needs and our requests to the letter. Any queries or problems have been reported immediately and communication between ourselves and the company is prompt, precise and consistent. This is a much needed service in Pembrokeshire for those who need a little extra support around the home without needing to go down the health care route. It’s worth having a chat to the lovely staff in the office who are ready and eager to assist.
