Words genuinely can’t express how blown away I am with the above and beyond service I’ve received from Jane, Court , and the rest of the exceptional team! wanted a jumper with a logo embroidered onto it on the front and back , but left it tight for time for an upcoming trip , a few back and forth emails to get the ball rolling and then a in person conversation with Jane and the team , they managed to help me out and get it all completed in time for my trip , I honestly couldn’t fault them, it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of having from a local business When I got the photograph of the mock design I was blown away on how incredible it looked … but when I got the final finished jumper , Just WOW!! , the craftsmanship is second to none so beautifully done and done with such love and care, fantastic communication, always bubbly and super outgoing. So to cope with the interchangeable weather in Pembrokeshire I decided to get a T-shirt as well with the same design and just WOW again just as beautifully done as the jumper , This team of incredible talented human beings should be your one and only port of call for anything clothing that you want embroidered or heat transferred onto , I would not go anywhere else they look after you like family from start to finish and always make sure you are happy I absolutely love wearing my tops makes what I need them for look so professional Keep up the stellar work guys 🫶🫶

Wow! What an amazing service! I phoned on a Thursday evening and asked for a rush order which I thought might of been impossible however, it was all done by the next day and I have since been back and put through many more orders. I will be using this company all the time for my business needs. Excellent products, excellent service and excellent communication!! Highly recommend

I’ve had polo shirts, fleeces, coats and a large banner made for me at castle. Friendly people, great design service, nice quality products and really good value for money. I guess that’s why I keep going back there. No fuss and jobs completed on time. Exactly what I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate ( and I have already passed their details on ) to recommend them.

Have used castle many times and have always found them easy to deal with, very supportive and prompt with delivery. Great quality products with clothing and they even did my key cutting!!.....its a one-stop shop and it's great to have them so local.
