Nationwide Cleaners Newcastle

This has to be the best deep cleaning service you will find! The cleaning lady came 10 minutes early in order to make sure she would not be late. She was friendly and no task was too much for her. Our home was spotless and so much better when she left. Dealing with Denise in the office was quick, easy and efficient. I can definitely recommend Nationwide Cleaners Newcastle.

Denise and her cleaning team are a really nice company to deal with. The cleaning staff that she sent were very good, and hardworking. They performed well, doing a thorough job of cleaning my house. I am happy to recommend them.

My cleaning lady is friendly and very efficient. The customer service staff have been very helpful and they have alw come to the rescue when needed. I will continue to make use of their services for both cleaning and ironing in my house

I have been impressed with the service of Denisa who runs Nationwide Cleaners Newcastle. She is incredibly professional, listens to your needs and does her best to match the right cleaner for you. We have high standards and I have had some very good cleaners from her. Having used various other cleaning companies ( which were not very good) I would highly recommend this one. Thanks Denisa.

I recently engaged the services of nationwide cleaners Newcastle for some home cleaning, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From unprofessionalism to subpar service, the entire ordeal was a disappointment. Firstly, the owner's demeanor was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Communication was lacking, and any inquiries or concerns were met with dismissiveness and impatience. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Moreover, the cleaners arrived without any cleaning supplies, which was both inconvenient and baffling. It's basic professionalism for a cleaning company to come equipped with the necessary tools and products, yet this fundamental aspect seemed to be overlooked entirely. To exacerbate matters, the first cleaner assigned to my home was terminated under unusual circumstances. This raised immediate red flags about the company's hiring practices and internal management. Following this, I noticed small items missing around the house, leading to a growing sense of unease and distrust. Furthermore, the quality of the cleaning itself was unsatisfactory. Dust and grime were left untouched in various areas, and it was evident that corners had been cut. It was a far cry from the thorough and meticulous service I had expected. Overall, my experience with this company was deeply disappointing. From the unprofessional owner to the lack of supplies, questionable staff, and subpar cleaning, I would caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. This was an experience that fell far short of expectations and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
