N CAP Property Maintenance

We recently had some repair work to our roof completed by Nigel and his team. The standard of work was brilliant and we were shown photos of what had been completed along the way. All estimates for time completion and cost were honoured. The team of men were incredibly efficient, warm and considerate, making sure to put dust shoes on when entering the house and cleaning up any bits of debris and dust created by the work. Overall, this is a team of highly skilled, trustworthy, reliable and meticulous people and we would absolutely recommend. Thank you!

We had an issue with our shower that went on for months. The guys were very persistent and tried many ways to unblock the shower which they managed to do. Very friendly and effective, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! I am a renter in the city centre, and our letting agent arranged N-CAPs services in response to a leak we reported. They pretty much arrived within one hour of being notified of the job, and fit us in between jobs due to the urgency of the leak. They were thorough, efficient and fixed the immediate problem. Also cleaned up after which is not always a given and saved me a ton of time during my working day. The contractor was honest about the problem and timeframe and kept me in the loop about what will be required, so we don’t feel in the dark about what the problem is- which is what tends to happen as a tenant. Best service I’ve ever received, and highly recommend.

High quality work, got exactly what we wanted done. Really friendly guys as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent for just about anything around property maintenance. Reliable, efficient and honest. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
