As an Airbnb host, I have been partnering with MyCleaners for several months, and George and Siana have proven to be exceptional business partners. Their responsiveness, openness to feedback, and consistent drive for improvement make working with them a genuine pleasure. While their core services of cleaning and linen hire are excellent, the greatest value they provide to me is peace of mind. I trust MyCleaners to be my "eyes and ears" on site. They proactively alert me to maintenance needs, low stock, or any issues requiring escalation, allowing me to address them before the next guests arrive. They have also been incredibly accommodating with last-minute requests and changes. After dealing with an underperforming cleaning company in the past, switching to MyCleaners has been a breath of fresh air. I now visit the property less frequently because I know it is in such capable hands.

We have been with MyCleaners for a couple of months now, and they work with us on a commercial level, servicing a few of our properties in our portfolio. The level of cleaning is very high, the reports pre and post clean help massively considering we are a short let agency, and the responsiveness of Siana is excellent - they are also very well priced! We would highly recommend their services!

I first found out about My Cleaners at work which is based in Central London, and I wasn’t sure if they could help me as I live in Northwest London. However Georgie was and has been great and he’s managed to find a cleaner for me. The service is professional and the jobs are done to a high standard. I couldn’t have asked for more. Even when my cleaner was away, Georgie has been excellent in quickly finding a replacement for me so that I’m not left without help at home. I’m very lucky to have found them and would highly recommend My Cleaners!!
