MS&I property maintenance

I was very disappointed with the service I received from MS&I property maintenance. The work was poorly done, and I found the contractor to be unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking a proper understanding of the job. The work was only partially completed, and he left the job unfinished. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the work and the way the job was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I expected a professional service, but unfortunately, that was not what I received. In response to the company’s comment, I can confirm that this was a genuine job carried out by the company in the Manchester area. The contractor who attended was named Omar. I am fully aware of what I am saying, and this review is based on my personal experience of the service I received. I was genuinely dissatisfied with the work, and that does not make my review fake. I stand by what I have written and am happy to provide further details privately if required.

I have relied on Omer’s services serval times of late and I every time I have needed him he has been out and with me ASAP and fixed each and every issue I have had him come out for. Outstanding services each and every time and really friendly and honest with his work and services 100% recommend

Thank you Omer for your handywork and thereby turning our worn out place into a more secure and safe HOME. Omer changed our locks, repaired our boiler, helped us wall mount a TV and so much more. Highly recommend his services. And wishing you the very best on this new venture. Cheers JTK.

Omar is absolutely amazing at his work - he is able to provide a solution for any and every problem or issue - he is super helpful, honest, knowledgeable and competent, we are so lucky to have him in our neighborhood. He has already dealt with so many of our big and small maintenance issues (from sorting out our boiler, to assembling a doll house for our daughter), and is always there when needed.

Highly recommended. Omer came out to look at a leaking toilet on a Sunday within an hour of me messaging. He had the parts and managed to fix straight away. Really impressed with the service, will definitely be using again.
