MS Cleaning Services

As nice as the price is you want your carpets cleaned properly. It’s a shame that all corners and edges of the carpet are still dirty even when I’ve asked to go over these bits. It’s disappointing as the reviews on here is why I initially booked them. Also, suprised at the fact the carpets are left soaking wet and no drying option was available.

They did a great job of cleaning the carpets, getting out some bad stains. I highly recommend Mike and his team for jobs like this, great service! Before and after photos shown below:

There’s not enough stars here? we need a lot more to represent/describe how fantastic Michael was.I sought his services after falling with a cup of black coffee onto our very new white/silvery carpet which resulted in many black stains. Michael didn’t only come once, but 3 times to try to irradicate the stains. On both visits the stains got lighter but when the carpet dried they came back again. Unbelievably, Michael offered to come back yet a third time, which we didn’t really expect him to, but were obviously delighted - he wanted to try one last time. With different equipment and treatment, unbelievably the stains were out?!!! It was like magic, but of course it was down to Michael’s skill and knowledge & not least his determination and commitment to try his best to remove them. It was absolutely unbelievable that Michael was willing to go so far above and beyond the service we’d expected of him. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michael’s services to anyone - don’t bother contacting anyone else - this guy really knows his carpet cleaning and is a skilled genius - thank you again Michael for all your help. We’ll be a regular customer now to ensure you are the one to look after our carpets with such pride. 👏

Blimey you think your carpets aren't that bad but what I've been left with after cleaning was brilliant. I'm so impressed, Gav was so particular, didn't rush just made sure everything was clean. All in all a great job would not hesitate to pass on details...see you next year for another spruce up thanks to both thanks Gav you were brilliant 😀

I've used this carpet cleaning service twice, and they consistently deliver outstanding results. My carpets look brand new every time! Without a doubt, they are the best in the business. Highly recommended! I'll definitely will be using you guys again in the near future!
