Derek has cleaned carpets for me for last couple years. I wouldnt now use anyone else. The quality of clean has been excellent, the price is reasonable and Derek's customer service is first class, so obliging and helpful. Martine Morrison, Bearsden, Glasgow

Very helpful and thorough. Highly recommend. I have cream wool carpets, 3 kids and 3 dogs and it STILL looks grand!

Carpets in our flat weren't looking the best. One session and the people at Mrs Darcy's has it looking like it was brand spanking new again.
