MRJ Builders & Property Maintenance

Matt, Luke and the team were great. Start to finish. We were very happy with their work and our shop front looks great. Highly reccomend

Matt and his team have recently completed a single rear extension to my home in Rayleigh. Not only did they help complete the planning and building control process, the attention to detail and workmanship from Luke and Dan was outstanding. From the groundwork to installing the roof and new kitchen. I am extremely happy and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of work. My house and garden have been kept so clean and tidy throughout the process and I look forward to seeing you guys for the next stage of work in the coming months. Finding a building company can be tough, not knowing who to use but you guys have done a fantastic job. Thank you once again, it looks amazing.

Matt and his team have undertaken numerous jobs for us, Including an extension for the directors house. Every member of the team is polite and tidy. Matt is brilliant and will always go the extra mile to help out. 100% recommend!

The team worked on single story extension and all works have been carried out to an exceptional standard. I would highly recommend Luma Construction, Matt and the whole team.

I used Luma Construction Limited for our kitchen and dinner extension. Having spoke to a number of companies the standard of their work and excellent communication throughout really made them stand out. They delivered on all areas and really pleased with the end result. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for similar works to their properties
