Monica's Maid Services Ltd

It’s been almost a year since the cleaning ladies started coming (sometimes weekly, sometimes every 2–3 weeks). At the beginning, I messaged Monica a list of tasks, and since then they’ve consistently done everything as requested. I was particular about wearing shoe covers inside, and they were very respectful and careful about that. They are very nice and trustworthy. If you need anything extra (such as ironing), it’s best to let them know in advance so they can plan their time. We are very happy with them.

Terrible experience. Wore shoes on my carpet, argued over time from the second they walked in. Refused to start in the kitchen, took 3 people to change bedsheets per bed. Then shot out leaving a huge mess in the bathroom. The ladies were rude and argumentative. Monica herself seems lovely, but the ladies that came were a real nightmare.

We have used Monica's Maids for years - they are wonderful! We have a 3 hr weekly clean and 4 people turn up at 8:30am on a Wednesday with a cheery hello and then they blitz the place for 45 minutes and leave with a goodbye taking the rubbish out as their last task. Very happy with their work and will miss them when we move house shortly. Highly recommended.

I have used Monica's maid services recently for End of Tenancy and move in cleaning. I would rate them outstanding on this . They cleaned both properties really really well. Their carpet cleaning services made the carpets look like new. They were very accommodative and flexible with dates and time.Monica is always quick to respond on messages and questions. I would highly recommend them for cleaning services.

Monica’s maids are excellent. They performed an end of tenancy on a 2 bed house and made the place sparkle. They even managed to remove a very stubborn stain on the marble fireplace. Thank you Monica and team.
