Maintain Properties Ltd

Good company, look after clients needs and very efficient. Provide before and after photos all the time! Highly recommended!

We had very good experience working with Karan, Maintain Group. We had to get our bathrooms renovated within a tight time frame. Not only did Karan coordinate the designs, fittings etc with us remotely as we live in Singapore but he made sure the work was completed in time. His team was very efficient, punctual and pleasant to work with.

Never used these guys before but wow I am super impressed! They’re literally no nonsense, super efficient and very reliable. I needed a few things sorted quite quickly for my flat and Karan and his team made it happen very quickly. Within a week I had both issues resolved with no fuss. Definitely recommend and will certainly use them again!

The service I received from Maintain Properties was excellent. My job (dealing with a damp issue and repainting) was fully assessed and a detailed explanation given as to the remedial works required. Works commenced in a timely manner and were completed ahead of schedule, ensuring that my new tenant could move in as required. I was shown the completed works and the director ensured that I was fully satisfied with the same. I will have no hesitation in using your services again and recommending the same to other.
