Once again a block management company that consistently fails to undertake the work they are paid to do. Richmond court in Exeter is an appalling example where the exterior is neglected, the communal areas not cleaned properly and a lift not working for in excess of 6 months despite repeated complaints and notifications of the fault. This company should be avoided based on the ineffective management of this development

Modbury have increased our service charge by ~20% without explanation or justification and the residents have repeatedly asked to see the accounts-which Modbury is contractually obliged to produce annually. So when the process is 'in dispute' they still send red letter demands (emails nowadays). Quality of estate management has been questionable all along...after a lot of emails, lets hope a poor review results in improvement-which would then warrant a review revision.

UPDATE: **unresponsive after 3 months of chasing. No response to solicitors either**Afraid the same as any other management company - general sense or inexperience, lack of experience and incompetence. Examples include not showing up, forgetting to add insurance, inconsistent invoices and unresponsiveness. Admin fees are excessive.

They’re dreadful, our block in Exeter has got really shabby since they took over. The windows aren’t being cleaned and the communal areas aren’t being vacuumed. They don’t respond to emails either.
