Very poor and low standard of service which broke every rule and regulation promoted by tge SIA Regulatory Body within the Government. Yesterday. I endured a prolonged attack that commenced with provocation, leading to intimidation and finally an assault against my person, being treated like a criminal. This all happened in a Public Building which has many CCTV Cameras recording the incidents. The Security failed to display their SIA Licences or Badges and only turned on their Body Cameras after the one Security Personnel had been shouting abusive language. The one who had placed a hand on me expressed the Police had been called. I felt it my Public Duty to ring the Police myself and gain an Incident Number. Whilst on the telephone to the Police these guys walked behind me outside and the one was smoking a Cannabis Joint whilst on duty. I was left feeling victimized and highly vulnerable as he went on to threaten me further and actually implied my home would be targetted by his Men. Disgusting and shamefully, inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour that I felt necessary to report to SIA for investigation, with a review of revoking their Licences and charges to be brought of a Criminal Nature.

Unfortunately had the displeasure of viewing 2 (undercover) store detectives (their words) today at Sainsbury's in Weston-super-Mare. They stopped a guy, manhandled him and frog marched him to the back of the shop. Excessive force used. The guy was 5ft2", tiny build. The 2 "store detectives" were 6ft2"+, big bodybuilder types. No identification displayed. Swore loudly at a memer of public when he questioned them, in the middle of the store where there were families. Company didn't want to know, kept putting the phone down then when got through they gave a false number!

Disgusting security guard working for this company physically assaulted a child, covered up his body cam and tried to assault me. Management of the shop confirmed this was all for no reason as we had not done anything wrong. Freak following us, getting in our face and laying his hands on a child. Foul inappropriate behaviour. Do not use.
