Locked and Secure Ltd

We have just had a new alarm system and camera doorbell fitted by Locked and Secure and we were delighted with the service. The engineers were very tidy and left everything spick and span and were very helpful and patient when explaining how everything works. A big thankyou to Phil and Aktar.

Fantastic company, prompt attention, installer very friendly, helped us to get what we wanted,,he found way around as we couldnt remember passwords etc. highly knowleageable on subject

We have been a customer for more than 5 years and we can’t fault this company. Exceptional customer service and extremely professional and helpful. No hesitation in recommending them at all.

I had a new DVR fitted as my previous DVR was not functioning properly after being used for several years. David explained how the newer technology would be far more beneficial in how I could access my device from any part of the globe with internet access. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend Locked & Secured without hesitation.

I had a pre-installed alarm system, that had been installed by a different Alarm company, when I moved into my house 2 years ago. This previous company had appalling customer service! Eventually I got fed up, so I approached David at 'Locked & Secure', to see if he would be willing to take my system over. After asking a few questions, about the make and model, he said he would be happy to take it on. What a difference! Customer service is excellent. Emails and phone calls answered very quickly. Work done on site was to a very high standard and David is very knowledgeable in this specialised business. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company.
