The only dry cleaner I would go to. Professional, conscientious, prompt and fair. The best thing about their service is the man himself . I have known Yodis for 10+ years. The man is a gent and one of the nicest people you will ever deal with. Start your day with your cleaning dropped off and he makes the start of you day a good one. Thank you.

My cat Delilah threw up a massive hairball on my duvet while I was at the gym! It’s soaked right through the cover and into the duvet 🙈 Thankfully, Michael’s were able to clean my duvet by 3pm, after I dropped it in at 9:30am the same day! 😻 I really can’t rate them enough, my duvet was spotless and smelt divine after they worked their magic 🥰 included is a picture of the culprit, completely remorseless 😹

Outstanding service! I have been taking my designer clothes to Michael’s, and they always come back like brand new. Recently a dry cleaners in London was unable to get a water mark out of my Versace shirt, I took it to Michael’s and they got it out instantly and the shirt looks brand new again! Thank you so much! Brought a dress here for a repair. Spoke to a gentleman that was so friendly and helpful. Recommended to my husband to get his suit dry cleaned because the service was great. Spoke to a blonde lady to hand over the suit and pay. She was unbelievably rude. Looked at the suit with disgust and said “no we can’t accept it like this. It’s got fluff on it, you’ll have to pay extra!!” We said no problem, we’ll happily pay extra and apologised. She huffed and sighed, completely rude and won’t be going back. I gave better customer service when I was 16 working in McDonald’s! Sad as it’s a local business but won’t be supporting them going forward. Update 19/04: Collected the suit today. Spoke to a gentleman who was friendly and questioned about our experience based on the above review. He apologised that the previous assistant came across as rude but stated “she’s never rude”. My husband said not a problem, we all have our bad days! To which, the assistant then doubled down, that the previous assistant wasn’t rude - unusual considering he wasn’t there previously nor had CCTV to review. Unusual way to approach a customer. Think we’ll stick with chains next time!
