Metro Rod (Cambridge)

We recently used Metrorod to fit a new water treatment plant at Cathedral View Childcare, and the service they provided was outstanding from start to finish. The work was carried out in very difficult circumstances, in a tight space, with the team needing to operate around a fully functioning nursery environment. Despite the challenges, they completed the installation professionally, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations. Their communication, organisation, and consideration for the safety and comfort of both staff and children were excellent throughout. The engineers were reliable, respectful, and clearly highly experienced. Because of the excellent service we received from the outset, we have now also signed up with Metrorod for ongoing yearly maintenance. We would highly recommend Metrorod to anyone looking for a professional and dependable service.

Excellent company - the chap came round to mine the same day that the issue was raised. He was able to locate and solve the issue with my kitchen sink / drain really quickly. No hassle, no bother, came in, sorted the job with ease. He was friendly and professional. Excellent service - great company, would absolutely recommend them. Richard arrived quickly. Friendly and efficient manner and nothing too much of a problem, despite the grim weather, to unblock a very stubborn drain. (I won’t share photos…. :-o) Metro Rod were an absolute pleasure to deal with from phoning in the issue to their help centre, to thanking Richard for his help. Today we had Carl attend from MetroRod to deal with our blocked en suite shower and family bathroom sink. Both were very stubborn blockages and were not responding at all to chemicals. The shower was very difficult to access as the skirting board had been fixed in place with excessive silicone and had not been screwed in place. Carl was meticulous in not damaging the skirting board and actually improved it by ensuring it was screwed in place for future accessibility, and removed the blockage thereafter before moving onto the sink. I have had previous positive experiences with metrorod before and would not hesitate to recommend for any drainage related issues

Highly recommended company. Quick response on a Sunday and kitchen sink blockage was fixed in 10 minutes with no mess and good advice. Would use them again and recommend to anyone in the Cambridge area
