Merry Maids of Sutton Coldfield

I booked a 3 hour clean for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms today. Kelly came in and did such a fabulous job, I was thoroughly impressed, as those parts of the house were in a bad state. She even spent an additional half an hour cleaning the kitchen which I really appreciated. She left everything looking so sparkling and brand new, I can’t even remember the last time I saw my house this clean. I will definitely be booking again!

Merry Maids do an excellent job. I trust them to turn up every week and clean to a high standard. They're fully insured and all their employees are looked after. I feel you know what you're getting with a proper cleaning company and there's a reassurance in that. My home always smells beautiful and looks clean and tidy after they've finished

We had Mia from Merry Maids cleaning service today and she was amazing. She never stopped and given the temperature today that was a Stirling effort. Everything was fresh and sparking when she left from top to bottom.

Having use Merry Maids some years ago to help my mother in law I had no problem in contacting them for help. I was disappointed with the communication of Merry Maids. I looked at the website but was unsure of which service I needed. I telephone to ask for advice and to see if someone would come out and assess my needs. Unfortunately no I was told to go the website and book and pay for a service. Which I did hoping the deep clean 4 hour clean at £180 would be suitable for a two bedroom small bungalow. The Merry Maids cleaner arrived at my address expecting it to be a shop not a two bedroom bungalow, we discussed the cleaning and she thought it would have been better for me to have had an assessment so we could of assessed each area to get the best out come from the clean. This is what I had expected and asked for. I have no complaints about the cleaner she did as much as she could but, unable to complete but finished off the area she was cleaning, going half an hour the four hour clean. The lack of real communication makes me very reluctant to rebook any further cleaning service with Merry Maids.

I used Merry Maids for an in-depth clean. Donna came to deep clean my house for 5 hours. She was great. She turned up on time and I just left her to it whilst I popped out for a few hours. The house was immaculate. Donna did a really thorough job and she was really friendly. Booking through Merry Maids was really stress-free and I would definitely recommend them and Donna
