Terrible customer service - Communication very unclear and disjointed between different members of staff, often being given conflicting information.

Great company with fab communication. My cleaner Suwi was amazing. She went above and beyond in her cleaning and has a lovely nature about her. We have since become friends. Thank you maid2clean for introducing us 😊

In the few weeks that Libby has helped us with the cleaning, she has been very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The house has been left looking and smelling clean and fresh.

We found Maid2Clean very helpful when looking for a cleaner for my mother's house. When things with the first cleaner didn't quite work out, Maid2Clean found us another who is just perfect.
